Lifestyle Media Group is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and operates a data-driven business with compliance at its core. Our entire Catalink consumer database is built on unincentivised, explicit opt-in consent — consumers actively register to receive promotional material from brands they choose.
Consumer Rights
Any consumer in our database has the right to:
- Unsubscribe from all communications at any time
- Request to see what data we hold about them
- Request deletion of their data
- Update or correct their profile information

Client Data Responsibilities
Where we process data on behalf of clients (e.g. managing a client's own consumer list for fulfilment purposes), we act as a data processor and enter into appropriate data processing agreements. Clients retain controller status over their own data and are responsible for ensuring their data was legally collected.
